Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is intended to comply with the National Personal Data Protection Law No. 25326 –in force in Argentina– and its regulations issued by the Dirección Nacional de Protección de Datos Personales. Estudio Silver® respects the privacy of all users. If you send us your personal data by any means, it will be interpreted that you have given us permission to disclose it (when necessary and appropriate) as mentioned in this policy. One of the purposes of our website and our public postings is to provide information about our research, services and industry-related articles. We collect and may use your personal information for the following purposes: to respond to inquiries requested by users, to process requests submitted by users, to anticipate and resolve concerns with any services provided to users, to send advertising related to the services provided by Estudio Silver®. In the event that Estudio Silver® collects data to carry out direct marketing actions, including advertising, it shall comply with the provisions of this policy and with the provisions of article 27 of the National Personal Data Protection Law and its regulations, as well as Provisions 10/08 and 4/09 of the Dirección Nacional de Protección de Datos Personales and the laws and regulations of the registry. In case of hiring a third party to do so, Estudio Silver® shall oblige such third party to comply with the aforementioned regulations. On the other hand, if at any time you wish us to stop using your information for some or all of the aforementioned purposes, it must be brought to our attention at the e-mail address: hola@estudiosilver.com. In this case, we will suspend the use of your information as soon as possible. Please note that the owner of the personal data has the right to exercise the right of access to them in
free of charge and at intervals of not less than 6 (six) months, unless a legitimate interest to that effect is evidenced, pursuant to the provisions of Section 14, Paragraph 3 of Law 25326. The Direción Nacional de Protección de Datos Personales, the controlling body of Law No. 25326, is responsible for dealing with complaints and claims filed in relation to the non-compliance with the rules on the Protection of Personal Data. The National Directorate for the Protection of Personal Data is responsible for receiving and handling all claims and complaints related to the non-compliance or violation of the Rules on the Protection of Personal Data.
